    Right now I am focusing on strength training. Deadlifts, raw bench, lat work and traps are my focus for now.

  2. Hey, I'm nearly 40, lost 20+ pounds in the last month (mostly due to diet change), down to 205, 6'4". I'm lifting 3 or 4x per week, running same days I lift. Core workouts on the days in between (to get rid of my gut mostly). I'm a single dad and have my kids every other week, so finding time on those weeks can be difficult. My goals are fairly nebulous, like you said, I dont want to be the biggest guy, strongest guy or fastest guy, but I want to be big, strong and fast. Ruck marching is difficult as I live in suburbia and I dont want to upset the civvies.
